1. choose a cursor you like
for this example i chose a random cursor from cursors-4u.com
2. Copy the New blogger/blogspot interface box
3. Open your blogger website
4. Click on Template
5. Click on Edit HTML
6. Scroll down untill you see </html>
7. Paste the code directly behind the </html>
8.Save the template
9.Open your blog
